The Moffat Perfume Company is based in the Scottish Borders and has designed three beautiful perfumes, made to the highest industry standards. The perfumes have Gaelic names: Flùr Alba, Eilean Alba and Fiodh Alba. Alba means ‘Scotland’ in Gaelic, Flùr means ‘Flower’, Eilean means ‘Island’ and Fiodh means ‘Wood’.

The company incorporated on Saint Andrew's Day in 2017 and launched in early 2018, after the flagship scent ‘Flùr Alba’ had undergone two years of development. Flùr Alba has a citrus top note, floral middle and a musk/sandalwood base. It is a fresh, sparkling daytime fragrance. Following the success of Flùr Alba we created our second scent which launched in January 2020. Using some of the best quality oils available, Eilean Alba fragrance is rich in rose absolute and sandalwood; we have aimed to capture the fragrance of the floral machair of the Hebridean islands. Our latest perfume Fiodh Alba launched in July 2021, it is a subtle, mysterious, woody fragrance inspired by Carrifran Wildwood.

Launched also in July 2021 are our miniature giftsets with each of the fragrances in exquisite printed 2ml bottles. They make delightful gifts for friends and loved ones.

Scottish in design the Moffat Perfume Company also produces handwoven Harris Tweed bags which can be used for perfume, jewellery or other gifts.

Our perfumes and tweed bags make beautiful Scottish gifts for anniversaries, birthdays and Christmas or as a holiday momento. We hope you love our products as much as we do!
